Abstract: Abstract The two researchers seek to demonstrate the possibility of integration between the Lean Manufacturing System (Just-in-Time “JIT”) and the Mass Customization System in the organization in question through an exploratory study in that organization and on the diversity of their administrative levels, and given the lack of interest of many governmental organizations in the topics of the Lean Manufacturing System (Just-in-Time “JIT”) and Mass Customization System. Also, due to the importance of the two topics from the researchers' point of view, in addition to the studies that dealt with the study variables and the relationship between them in the Iraqi environment, which led to a comprehensive approach to this topic in an attempt to find a way to integrate the successful application between the Lean Manufacturing System (Just-in-Time “JIT”) and Mass Customization System. In order to achieve the goal of the research and answer the questions of the research problem, this research was applied to the sample consisting of (27) people from different departments in the organization in the field of research, and the electronic questionnaire was relied on due to the Corona pandemic and the difficulty of social communication as a main tool for data and information collection, and it was treated using a group of statistical
