Abstract: Cd (II) complexes derived from azomethine ligands were synthesized, obtained by condensing different aldehydes with the primary amine. The complexes weredescribe by the analysis result (C.H.N),molar conduction, magnetic susceptibility, FTIR, UV-Visible ,1H-NMR and GC. Mass spectra. The complexes were found to be non conductive and some relatively conductive depending on the molar conduction value. From spectral data, octahedral geometry was suggested for all Complexes. Furthermore, metal complexes were examined for their antifungal activity
