dc.description.abstract | The districts of the countryside of the city center of Hit have a distinct location about the community of Hit, as their site is close to the Euphrates River and the natural conditions in them are suitable for the establishment of agriculture. The study area faces a human problem, which is the increase in population growth, as the population reached 1997 (10,956 people). Still, it increased to reach 2020 (20165 people)—followed by improving the economic situation. The increase in population leads to a rise in the demand for land for housing and other human services. In the study and evaluation of the reality of rural planning in the rural districts in the city center of Hit, it was found suffering from a lack and insufficiency of community services due to unplanned settlements led to an increase in the area of residential use at the expense of the location of other benefits represented by (health, educational, and recreational use). | en_US |
