Abstract

The unnamed contract have been dealt in this study. This study explained the meaning of the contract, the way of its construction, and the results of its construction, because this type of contract has huge legal importance by protecting the foreign people about the contract, who deal with the both sides of the unnamed contract. This study has been divided into two parts; the first part dealt with legal concepts and the way of construction. The second part discussed the legal results which followed the construction from two viewpoints; related to persons and that which related to the issue.
