Abstract

The subjuct of the censorship of the legislation of the international pacts is considered to be one of the lawful importantance whether locally or interatnioally .the research of this subject is done via revealing the concept of the pact which is done according to the institutional pact showing the intention of the pact subjected to the political censorship and the other one which is subjected to the judicial censorship besides explaining the manners of application according to arabic region and the international one ;and revealing the applicable manners of that censorship . then we dealt with the judge's national duty in applying the pact and ended with the method of proving the international pact.
