dc.description.abstract	Arabic is the changes ( revolutions ) that have occurred and spoke of the important events that have changed and will change the political map of landmarks not on the level, the states that have occurred but also at the regional and international levels so . Where these variables gained the attention of researchers , scholars and people in general to find out what happened and what will happen and stand on the causes that led to bring about . This research aims to identify the causes and factors that led the people of those countries to get out ( the insurgency ) on historical regimes that have long ruled the relatively calm throughout the period of their rule	en_US
