dc.description.abstractinhibited in response to Ciprofloxacin doses at different periods and tissues (p<0.05). In all animal groups, GST activity in hepatic tissue was inhibited against the control group almost in all the intervals (p<0.05). For renal tissues, GSH enzyme activities were inhibited in the groups (II-IV) from 2nd until the end of the 4th hour period, whereas activation was observed in the next periods (p<0.05). Furthermore, in pulmonary tissues, the inhibitory effect on Glutathione enzyme activity was observed during the 4th h in Ciprofloxacin groups compared to the control, while after 6 hours, the enzyme showed a different response and has a recovered activity.
