In this research, the thermal conductivity and the Electrical breakdown of the three groups of samples (EP / Nano-MgO), (EP / Micro-MgO), (EP / (Micro + Nano MgO) with weight percentage of additives (0.03, 0.05, 0.07 and 0.09) samples were measured after 12 hours of UV irradiation and under normal conditions. The results show that the electrical breakdown values of all samples increase with an increasing weight percentage of MgO. The UV radiation is higher than under normal conditions. The results showed that thermal conductivity decreases with increasing MgO additives under normal conditions and after UV irradiation for all samples and that these values in UV irradiation are lower than those under normal conditionsen_US
