Abstract: Electrical energy produce more than 50% of the total developed countries electrical resources is converted into mechanical energy through electric motors. This will make the environments of people easier. There are many types of motors such as DC and AC motors; three-phase induction machines play vital rule so that more than 90% of industrial drive systems employ induction motors due to many reasons because their rigid, rugged ,low price, reliable relative simplicity and easy to maintenance. The control technique of induction motor which is making them adjustable speed is fed through power electronic circuits such as inverters and the rectifiers. the induction motor which takes a great deal of attention for the above performance but , the companies still faces many critical situations results in losses in revenue, also the operators under continuous pressure so that the techniques of the fault diagnosis are very urgent aspects before the catastrophic results in the equipment.
