The Alternatives Reconstruction of Al-Ramadi city (Hay Al-Baker,Wahed Huzieran and Al-Warar as a sample)

Abstract

abstract The research discussed alternatives reconstruction of Al-Ramadi city (Hay Al-Baker and wahed Huziran and Al-Warar as a sample) in 2016 ,based on the field study using the Delphi method to reach the end to draw graphical forms and statistical tables representing the answer of experts .the research found that the best alternative reconstruction of Hay Al- Baker neighborhood is the alternative to re-settlement where he got the highest degree by the experts and got ( 590) degree. Wahed Huzieran neighborhood was the alternative to establishment coast roads and recreational areas is the best alternative, where he got the highest score (500) degree . The research produced a set of conclusions and recommendations that could contribute with reconstruction policy of the Hay Al-Baker, Wahed Huziran neighborhoods and the city.
