dc.description.abstractThe field study concluded that is a state of unavailability and in varied levels among incapacity in the provided service. In terms of the sewer network and rains and in the light of the coverage standard and sanitation capacity, the study concluded a plain lack in coverage and the problem of sewer particularly in the rainy season. Finally, Anbar province, like other provinces in the country, suffer the un capacity and inability of the infrastructure to contain the number of the population and it's depending on the traditional concepts that are no longer considered, so it suffers many problems for not coming up with the technological development in one hand and the attrition of natural resources largely and its depending on the traditional way in treating its result that do not fit the concept sustainability and preservation of the resources and increasing the economic capacen_US
