Abstract: Abstract This research came through multiple axes represented by the reasons behind the urban sprawl towards the waterfront resulting from population growth, spatial expansion outside the boundaries of the master plan of the city of Ramadi, abuses and the absence of the rule of law, with the large number of rubble as a result of demolitions that were exposed to large parts of the city of Ramadi .
