Abstract: Abstract The adoption of most Arab countries, oil product and crude oil revenues as a commodity to finance their development programs, making the economies of these countries vulnerable to fluctuations in the price of crude oil, and their impact on macroeconomic performance of those countries. And highlights the importance of research by measuring and analyzing the relationship between changes in crude oil prices and the performance of some macroeconomic indicators, adopting the orientations in the analysis and depth in theory, the goal involves the construction of tracks theory between changes in crude oil prices and the impact of these changes in some economic indicators and the assumption and a positive correlation between changes in crude oil prices and some economic indicators. The study included a quantitative analysis of the relationship of crude oil prices and some economic indicators for the Gulf Arab countries are members of the organization (OPEC) for the period (1990-2007). The results showed that the standard analysis of changes in crude oil prices have had a proportional impact on the GDP and public spending, exports and imports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Kuwait.
