Abstract: | The study is entitled Managing Human Resources Across Cultures in the Context of Globalization. This study was conducted on a group of human resources managers in Anbar province - Ramadi. The results of the study showed that 62% of the participants found that the population structure of the trends in the impact, while 54% of the respondents believe that the strategic role of influence and 38% believe that the technological changes affect the practice of resource management Finally, 23% believe that economic changes are one of the trends that affect the practice of human resources management |
