dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to known the impact of the leadership in its dimensions (self-confidence, future vision, recognition as a tool for change, and sensitivity to environmental constraints) in reducing the organizational conflict among the employees of the Jordanian private hospitals in the Northern Region. The questionnaire was used as a key tool for data collection. The study sample consisted of (216) workers of all levels. To achieve the objectives of the study, three main hypotheses were tested.
