Abstract

The researchers aim at finding out the contribution of the practices of the academic leaders in the colleges of Anbar University to proactively directing the crises facing the university, especially in light of the challenges facing the governorate and seeking to reduce the gap between the stages of anticipating the crisis and taking the following and subsequent leadership measures In order to deal with this crisis, data were obtained on the sample of the research that was analyzed and the relationship of correlation and influence between the variables of the research. The sample consisted of (140) persons (heads of departments, instructor) The questionnaire was used as a tool for gathering information, as well as personal interviews of a number of respondents to confirm the findings of the researchers.
