Abstract: In this paper, we studied the physical properties (optical and electrical) ofboropheneas a function of change in size using the MATLAB program.To compute these properties as a function of change in the nanoparticlesize, we relied on the Brus model and the characteristic matrix theory as atheoretical basis.
