Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determining the Encroachment on the master plan especially after 2003 through knowing its appearances , Shapes ,and suggestion to reduce this problem , The plan of this Study is to show the concept of encroachment determining its directions on the master plan and studying the decisions and laws and their impact to reduce this phenomenon . The study shows the impact of the encroachments on the general activities and practices of the city through giving suggestions to treat this phenomenon , Encroachment means the capturing of land contest to the master planning . This is determined by encroachment on public fields ,
