Abstract: Field experiment was carried out to study the effect of soil mulching and various types of organic fertilizers on the growth and yield of onion of texas early grano . the experiment included tow different factors soil covers : black polyethylene , wicker and straw in sequentially ( along with check , The second factor was the organic fertilizing including , humic acid , poultry fertilizer , sheep fertilizer and cattie fertilizer . ) . The black polyethylene resulted in significant increase the plant length and dry weight and plant yield .
