Abstract

The refugee problem in the world of the most complicated cases before the international community, as in need of care and sanctuary of security and stability as well as their need for other humanitarian services. The resulting phenomenon of resorting to Turkey because of the war that the emergence in Syria. However, the "Syria," one of the most Arab countries affected by these revolutions, and still suffers from today. Where not stand it when being a mobility popularly but it came to the outbreak of "internal civil war" that began and did not stop, have accelerated the events which have evolved the case of conflict between the government and opposition factions, even the evolution of matter, and that this led to the escape of more than half of Syrians outside Syria because war that began and did not end until now.
