Abstract

المستخلصAbstract Poorness is considered to be one of the most important demographic and social problems that threatening communities. As a result, this problem draw the attention of authors and governments since ancient times. Some governments with most concern had adopted certain political and economical steps toward overcoming this problem. These steps were not ended by providing financial support only, but also by introducing special training and development programs to enable poor people getting their own jobs which some of these jobs afforded by the governments.
