Abstract: This study was conducted in the lath house of Horticulture and Landscape Design Dept. Abu Greb (Baghdad) from 15/3/2017 to 15/9/2018. To study the effect of propagate Buxus plants with different stem type of cutting's ( soft wood, semi hard wood, hardwood ) and wounding the base of cutting ( no wound, one wound, two wounds). This experiment was factorial with two factors ( 3×3 ) in Randomized Complete Block design (RCBD) with 3 blocks and 14 cuttings in cache experimental unit, the best results were appeared on soft wood cuttings with two wounds significant superiority in rooting percentage, number of roots/ cutting dry, and wet weight roots cutting, earliness date of rooting number of leaves / cutting, number of shoots/ cutting, chlorophyll density, C/N ratio, number of successful seedlings, which value were reached to 14%, 13.87 root cutting, 0.400 gm, 1.700 gm, 18.7 days, 3.87%, 14 seeding's.
