Abstract: The additive main effects and multiplicative interaction (AMMI) model has been proposed for the analysis of genotype– Baghdad and Erbil, Iraq was evaluated based on the additive main effects and multiplicative interaction (AMMI) method.10 genotypes were evaluated via tuber yield means in four environments.Percentage of variation captured by genotypes, environments and GEI is 98.44%, 0.24% and 1.31%, respectively. Thus, genotypes were more effective than environments. The AMMI method allowed for easy visual identification of superior genotypes for each set of environments.
