dc.description.abstractEarned value is an important way to monitor and control project implementation. Although it has been used for previous years and decades, its adoption is still limited, and there is an ongoing discussion about the desired benefit that results from the applied studies, with a few different ones. Accordingly, in this research, a proposed integrated blueprint for technical work around the sum of different research perspectives in order to clarify future directions, and use of MS-project for earned value management case study, where a field survey questionnaire consisting of 30 samples was used, and it became clear that the main actors in the industry builders have a very low level of awareness of Earned Value Management and therefore awareness of EVM application must be increased among the major parties involved in the construction industry.en_US
