His black looks are aroused effectively in front of certain issues like death, aging and frailty that Larkin fails to confront or comprehend in life as well as poetry. These subjects are frequent themes in his poetry. Thus; The uniqueness of his blackness is his justification to his black outlook that are aroused in front of specific subjects. Exploring his poems can reveal the sources and the seeds of his depression that Larkin`s pen fails to surpass. These sources ave the power to stain even affirmative poems with pessimism.
