Abstract

The research found a number of proposals including; 1-Create a permanent economic commission, far from partisan considerations, experts and specialists develop scenarios to address the current crisis and the expected in the region. 2-activate price control in the consumer markets and protect consumers in the region. 3-Work on administrative reform and real economic-in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, in order to mitigate the negative effects of the financial crisis on the population of the province, especially in the province of Sulaymaniyah. 4-Increase transparency in all government ministries, especially the Ministry of Natural Resources, in order to achieve justice between current generations and generations to come-in the Kurdistan region of Iraq.
