Abstract: | ABSTRACTCapparis Spinosa L. is one of the world's most edible plants that has providedresearchers' attention in their study and has therapeutic value.. Therefore, That iswhy the most significant biologically productive compounds have been ident ifiedto be, namely (tannins, phlobatannins, Saponins, flavonoids, phenols, andglycosides). As the results of the detection showed the availability of excellentquantities of active chemical compounds in both parts and the compoundPhlobatannins disappeared in the flowers, while the co mpound flavonoids did notappear in the fruits. Phenols were also studied in a spectrum to reveal the numberof the secondary components that they consist of. The Spectral absorption wasstudied within the boundaries of the visible and ultraviolet region at thewavelength of 765 nanometers in to determine the basic groups in them. Thenumber of components of ph enols was six, while the fruits had three curvesrepresenting the types of s econdary active compounds of phenols. The biologicaleffectiveness of fruit and f lower phenols was also tested against some bacterialpathogens by testing the lowest concentration o f MIC inhibitor and theconcentration of 100 fruits exceeded all the concentratio n against the isolates ofbacteria that were used in the test, and the effectiveness of phenols in their effecton clotting time outside (vitro ) and inside (vivo) , anti-c oagulant effectiveness. And an important factor in blood flow were tested, the flowering exceeded thefruits by giving a ratio of clotting time of 4.33 minutes |
