| dc.description.abstract | تناولت الرسالة دراسة حياة الصحابية الجليلة (صفية بنت شيبة) ومروياتها في الكتب التسعة وتكمن أهمية هذه الرسالة في: أولا: البت في صحبة السيدة (صفية بنت شيبة) لرسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم) من عدمها. ثانياً: بيان منزلة السيدة صفية بنت شيبة (رضي الله عنها) ومكانتها وجهودها في حفظ سنة النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) والتحديث عنه ومعرفة مروياتها وعددها. ثالثاً: خدمة السنة النبوية من خلال جمع مروياتها في الكتب الحديثية التسعة وتخريجها والحكم عليها. وقد استخدمت المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي والوصفي لحياة السيدة صفية بنت شيبة رضي الله عنها وجمع مروياتها من بطون الكتب التسعة، وقد بلغ عددها(116) حديثاً بالمكرر ، ومن غير المكرر(31) حديثاً. ثم قمت بترتيب مروياتها وإيرادها تحت أقرب الأبواب والكتب الفقهية المتعلقة بها ودراستها دراسة تحليلية مستنبطة منها أهم المسائل الفقهية والعقدية والرقاق والزهد، وقد توصلت إلى أهم النتائج التالية: - ان السيدة الجليلة صفية بنت شيبة(رضي الله عنها) كانت مثلاً يحتذى به في الجد، والاجتهاد في طاعة الله ورسوله(صلى الله عليه وسلم) وطلب العلم، والتفقه ومعرفة أحكام الدين، وحفظ أحاديث النبي(صلى الله عليه وسلم) وروايتها، وحظيت بمكانة عالية بين من عاصرها، فقد روت عن النبي(صلى الله عليه وسلم)، وعن عدد من الصحابة رضوان الله عنهم، كعبد الله ابن عمر، وعبد الله بن عباس، وعائشة، وأم حبيبة، وأم سلمة، وأسماء بنت أبي بكر رضي الله عنهم وغيرهم، فقصدها طلبة العلم والعلماء من كبار التابعين، وتتلمذ على يدها الكثير من طلاب العلم في الحديث، وتخرج بها العديد من العلماء، والحفاظ، وأثنى عليها الأئمة والمحققون. - وكانت مرويات السيدة صفية بنت شيبة(رضي الله عنها) في الكتب التسعة بالمكرر كالتالي: أخرج لها الإمام البخاري في صحيحه (ثلاثة عشر) حديثاً، والإمام مسلم (أربعة عشر ) حديثا، والإمام أبو داود ( اربعة عشر) حديثاً، والإمام الترمذي (حديثين)، والإمام النسائي(اثني عشر) | en_US |
| dc.description.sponsorship | The message dealt with the study of the life of the venerable companion (Safia bint Shaiba) and its narrations in the nine books. The importance of this message lies in: First: Deciding whether or not to be in the company of Lady (Safia bint Shaybah) of the Messenger of God (may God bless him and grant him peace). Second: Explaining the status of Mrs. Safia bint Shaybah (may God be pleased with her), her position and efforts in preserving the Sunnah of the Prophet (may God bless him and grant him peace), talking about him and knowing her narrations and their number. Third: Serving the Prophet’s Sunnah by collecting its narrations in the nine Hadith books, producing them and judging them. She used the inductive, analytical and descriptive method of Mrs. Safia bint Shaybah's life, may God be pleased with her, and collected her narrations from the stomachs of the nine books, and the number reached (116) hadiths with repetition and (31) hadiths not repeated. Then I arranged their narrations and listed them under the nearest chapters and related jurisprudential books, and studied them in an analytical study deduced from the most important issues of jurisprudence, doctrines, servitude and asceticism, and I reached the following most important results: - The venerable Lady Safia bint Shaybah (may God be pleased with her) was an example to be emulated in the grandfather and diligence in obeying God and His Messenger (may God bless him and grant him peace), seeking knowledge, understanding and knowing the rulings of the religion, memorizing the hadiths of the Prophet (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him) and narrating them, and I enjoyed With a high position among those of her contemporaries, it was narrated on the authority of the Prophet (may God bless him and grant him peace), and on the authority of a number of companions, may God be pleased with them, such as Abdullah Ibn Omar, Abdullah bin Abbas, Aisha, Umm Habibah, Umm Salamah, and Asma bint Abi Bakr, may God be pleased with them. And others, it was intended by students of knowledge and scholars from among the senior followers, and many students of knowledge in hadith were taught by her, and many scholars graduated and memorized it, and the imams and investigators praised her. - The narrations of Mrs. Safia bint Sheiba (may God be pleased with her) in the nine books in the repeated are as follows: Imam Al-Bukhari produced for it in his Sahih (thirteen) hadiths, Imam Muslim (fourteen) hadiths, Imam Abu Dawud (fourteen) hadiths, Imam al-Tirmidhi (two hadiths), Imam al-Nasa’i (twelve) hadiths, and Imam Ibn Majah (ten) hadiths And Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal (forty-eight) hadiths, Imam Malik (one hadith), and Imam Al-Darimi (two hadiths). - Her narrations dealt with various jurisprudential chapters, and various issues, as it covers many chapters of purity and menstruation, prayer, asceticism and slavery, marriage, divorce, etiquette, dress, interpretation, the virtues of the Companions and the people of the household, faith, vows and funerals. The most important of them are those related to rulings pertaining to women such as ihraam, and exiting ihram, and what they must do when exiting ihram for Hajj or Umrah, such as shortening them, as well as other general provisions such as Tawaf, sa'i and other rituals. The research plan included in the thesis an introduction, six chapters, and a conclusion. In the introduction, I explained the reason for choosing the topic and its importance, and its goals and plan for it. As for the first and second chapters, she made it to introduce Ms. Safia bint Shaybah, may God be pleased with her. And its hadith efforts. As for the other four chapters, she devoted them to their narrations in the nine books. As for the conclusion, I summarized the most important findings of my findings | en_US |
