For that, human was alone by himself face to him the provisions of criminal law, because just he alone realize and can control his actions. This reason makes him responsible for crimes. It notes that the character of human is not the only Condition for who wants to conceder criminal, but it required human to be a man taking responsibility for his actions when he has psychological control that make him to create and control.
