Abstract: In this research, by oxidative polymerization, four Nano Polymers (NPs) were prepared (polyaniline)PANI), poly para Chloro aniline P(p ClAn), poly para methoxy aniline P(p-Man), and poly thiol). Also by Co precipitation prepared nano manganese dioxide and used it in preparing in different ratio composites with three polymers. PANI/MnO2, P(p ClAn)/MnO2, and P(p-Man)/ MnO2 nanocomposites were prepared in various percentages (13, 26, and 52%). These polymers and their composites are characterized by Field Emission Scanning Electronic Microscopy (FE-SEM), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), 1H.N.M.R spectroscopy (1HNMR), Fourier transform infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), and study some properties such as conductive properties by measuring electrical conductivity. These prepared polymers and their composites are characterized with FT-IR and the characterization results are in accordance with the assumptions, the disappearance of the binary signal between 3100 – 3500 cm-1 indicates the occurrence of a substitution reaction with one of the hydrogen atoms on N and the formation of a polymer, a change in frequencies occurred due a reaction the polymer formation , which indicates the validity of the reactions and demonstrated the entry of the nanomaterial into the prepared polymer at 505-528 cm-1 . The thermal properties of prepared polymers and their composites are studied by a DSC that clarifies the crystallization, melting, and degradation temperature of the prepared polymer and polymer composites. It is characterized by FE-SEM which proved the spread of the nano substance on surface the prepared polymer and demonstrated the formation of manganese dioxide nanoparticles. ix Also, characterization by 1HNMR the compound formula was confirmed. Measured the conductivity of the prepared NPs and their composites in different proportions (13 and 52%), as it gave conductivity values and decreased the conductivity slightly by increasing the ratio of added nanomaterial.
