dc.description.abstractThis study includes the preparation and diagnosis of a number of tetrazol compounds, and the process of preparing the compounds was carried out in the following steps:  Preparation of amic acids (A1 , A2) by direct reaction between trimethoprim and (Tetrapromophthalic, anhydrid and 1,2,4- Benzenetricarboxylic anhydride )in absolute acetone.  Preparation of imides (B1 , B2) by removing water molecule from amic acids using Acetic anhydride in presence sodium acetate.  The reaction of the imide compounds (B1 , B2) with chloroacetyl chloride in a solvent (DMF) in the presence of triethyl amine (TEA) to produce substituted chloroacetyl amide compounds (C1 , C2).  Preparation of aminothiazole compounds (D1,D2) by reacting chloroacetyl amide compounds (C1,C2) with thiourea in a solvent (DMF).  Preparation of new imine or Schiff bases compounds (E1-E10) by reacting aminothiazoles (D1, D2) with some aldehydes in absolute ethanol as a solvent.  Preparation of tetrazol compounds (F1-F10) by reacting imine compounds (Schiff bases) (E1-E10) with sodium azide in a solvent (1,4-dioxane).  Specification of some physical and chemical properties such as the structural, molecular formula, melting point and yield of the product.  Characterization of all prepared compounds using infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, and some of compound by Neuclear megnatic resonance (1H-NMR and 13C-NMR) spectrum for some of it to confirm the validity of the proposed chemical compositions.en_US
