Abstract: Within the business world, many corporations, stores, hospitals, universities, etc. prepare and update their data of activities in massive databases. As the years pass, a massive quantity of records is collected in the systems of the corporations. Because of this rapid growth of the need for technology in facilitating data storage and transfer management, the researcher conducted this study to deal with the use of data webhouse in monitoring the use of enterprise information systems. The main problem of the study is how to store hospitals data in a Webhouse and use it to make decisions. The proposed webhouse system will be of benefit to hospitals that do not have a centralized data webhouse system. It helps analyze and arrange all patients’ data accordingly so that the results will be used in decision making inside hospitals. It is suitable for permanent storage with security encryption as it uses an Advanced Encryption Standard technique to secure and encrypt data. Also, the study suggests a new method for Web ETL which DWBs store data in a way that is optimal for reporting and other analysis. As for the data in a DWB, the study proposes a new approach to query creation through the use of graphical interface tools. The query uses to display (Web Fragmentation) data to administration and Web OLAP commands. The study aims at creating a design of the Web-data model to integrated input data prototype data webhouse and the associated analytical operations on the new model. It also tries to minimize the total cost of a data warehouse and increases the query efficiency and improves response time. Another objective of this study is to optimize the use of technologies available on the web and harness them for better performance within the combined design and address the slow data transmission within the enterprise system. Eventually, the designed system was constructed and executed by using (ASP with C# 2015) which is a visual and object-oriented programming language. The results of the system are the knowledge gotten in a very little time taking (1.5 minutes) approximately. Also, the execution time of the Web ETL process for repairing misses and checking non-replication is sightly higher (2 minutes). While the executing time of encryption data on the internet take (10-4 millisecond). The proposed system achieved very high performance in the implementation of all algorithms and data security between the remote system parties connected to the Internet.
