Abstract: This research is conducted to study a kinetic of the photochemical dissociation of cypermethrin (-Cyano-3- phenoxybenzyl-Cis/Trans 3-(2,2-ichlorovinyl)-2,2-dimethyl cyclopropan carboxylate) by two wave lengths (356.0,253.7) nm and time period (2,4,6,8,10) hourي, The thermal dissociation of pesticide was carried out using different temperature and time intervals. Spectroscopic techniques such U.V, Visible and infrared spectrophotometers and electrical conductivity and pH meter were used, besides qualitative analysis which revealed negative test for the cyanide ion at (356.0) nm for this exposure time (10,12)hour at(333)K .The electrical conductivity shows a remarkable increase with increasing temperature and time exposure whereas the increase in the pH was fairly small and became sharp at (333,338) K the photochemical effect revealed a considerable increase in the conductivity at the two wave lengths(356.0,256.7) nm with increasing the time exposure at the pH change was also appear increasing with the time ,from the experiments carried out and electrical conductivity ,pH meter ,qualitative analysis and photometer measurement ,with use U.V, Visible, Infrared spectrophotometer. That pesticide cypermethrin exposure for thermal and photo effects was stability and no change in it, s chemical structure, because not available advance for degradation cypermethrin.
