dc.description.abstractThe crime of human trafficking is a transnational crime which the victims are individuals. Therefore, this action is for the purpose of trafficking and sexual exploitation or for employ them compulsory for labor or trafficking of human organs. It is often transfer individuals from one state to another. Sometimes, it happens in the same country where the perpetrators are the source of the country of the individual suffering from exceptional circumstances and displacement from the other country that is in a better state than the country of import. The Iraqi legislator has been aware of this serious phenomenon and he treats this crime in the Human Trafficking Law No.28 of 2012, which is in accordance with Iraq's ratification of many international and regional conventions that have addressed this phenomenon.en_US
