Abstract

The environment has become one of the most important rights and a human right in its modern perspective, and the common development in which many countries exist, the environment acquires one of its dimensions, and this is what prompted the legislator to take into account the Iraqi environment and formulate constitutional and legal texts that regulate the authorities concerned with its protection over it, as well as The legislator has granted the powers granted by this issuance, and it does not require any system to amplify its protections from the harms that could be caused to it. Whether this harm is from individuals or state officers, which requires the influence of administrative
