dc.description.abstract	This study investigates the extent to which the legal researcher needs to involve in other non-legal scientific fields. The importance of this topic lies in the fact that it discusses a modern doctrine based on the idea of integration in science. Research hypothesis is based on interdisciplinary studies are required to reach an accurate assessment of the effectiveness of constitutional rules.
