Abstract: The research aims to test the relationship between inspirational leadership as an independent variable and organizational happiness as a dependent variable in departments, divisions and units in Haditha General Hospital. The descriptive analytical method was adopted in completing the research by collecting data from officials of departments, divisions and units, as the research sample consisted of (70) individuals in general. I mean intentional, and it is one of the non-random methods represented by each of the following (director, assistant director, department director, division officials, unit officials). Statistical methods represented by (SPSS) and (AMOS) statistical programs were used, as well as the arithmetic mean, relative importance, standard deviation, as well as the coefficient Cronbach's alpha, and one of the most prominent findings of the research is the presence of a clear and tangible effect of inspirational leadership on organizational happiness within the work of the organization under study. The higher the practice of inspired leadership behavior by managers, the higher the percentage of organizational happiness among employees, as well as the existence of a reciprocal relationship between the research variables. The most prominent recommendations are to encourage administrative officials in hospital administration to work with modern concepts in management and use them as an administrative method in their daily work by spreading the culture of research variables concepts with practical frameworks that automatically support application.
