Abstract: | The research aims to test the influence and correlation relationship of organizational excellence with its dimensions (exploration and exploitation) as the independent variable of organizational agility with its dimensions (sensing, decision-making and practice (application)) as an approved variable, by adopting the descriptive and analytical approach, on a sample of employees of the Oil Marketing Company (SOMO) Of (94) individuals who represent the research community, by adopting the questionnaire as a main tool in data collection. All questionnaires were retrieved and are valid for statistical analysis after distributing them to the research sample.
